How the clinic helps

Mundaring Medicare Urgent Care Clinic provides timely, accessible care for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, helping reduce pressure on hospital emergency departments. As part of the well-established Mundaring GP Super Clinic, patients benefit from trusted, integrated primary healthcare.

The clinic is operated by GP West Medical Group, which delivers high-quality, patient-centred care across Western Australia through its network of 17 medical centres. GP West Medical Group is also a recipient of the Western Australian Government’s Multicultural Award, reflecting its strong commitment to inclusive and accessible healthcare for the community.

Mundaring Urgent Care Clinic (MUCC) provides referrals for radiology (such as X-rays or US scans), pathology (blood tests), and specialist care only when they are required as part of your urgent treatment during your visit.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Patients are seen on a walk-in basis for urgent, non-life-threatening conditions.

Yes. Care is fully bulk billed for Medicare cardholders.

No. Life-threatening symptoms must be treated in a hospital emergency department or by calling 000.

The clinic is for urgent needs only. Ongoing care and check-ups should be managed by your usual general practitioner.

Yes. Children with urgent but non-life-threatening conditions can be treated.
