The clinic is operated by GP West Medical Group, which delivers high-quality, patient-centred care across Western Australia through its network of 17 medical centres. Mundaring Urgent Care Clinic (MUCC) provides referrals for radiology (such as X-rays or US scans), pathology (blood tests), and specialist care only when they are required as part of your urgent treatment during your visit.

Do I need an appointment?
No. Patients are seen on a walk-in basis for urgent, non-life-threatening conditions.
Is the clinic bulk billed?
Yes. Care is fully bulk billed for Medicare cardholders.
Can I come here for an emergency?
No. Life-threatening symptoms must be treated in a hospital emergency department or by calling 000.
Can I use the clinic instead of my regular general practitioner?
The clinic is for urgent needs only. Ongoing care and check-ups should be managed by your usual general practitioner.
Do you treat children?
Yes. Children with urgent but non-life-threatening conditions can be treated.
Can you prescribe medicines?
